Over the last few days I have had problems printing emails in Outlook. Whilst the print preview shows what I want to print, the print has missing areas where there should be words etc. I have done a series of checks to narrow this down. Documents etc print ok and other email providers, Google, Edge emails print ok. Outlook emails received by other people print ok. It is my typed emails where text is missing. If I change the format from HTML to Plain Text in settings it prints ok. So the problem is purely HTML format in my typed emails. As far as I am aware my printer driver is ok, this was checked at the time of the upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I am aware there seems to have been a recent upgrade to Outlook in that my log on is now different, what used to be on one page is now split over 2 pages of input, email address on one page and password on the next page. I don't know if whatever was in this upgrade has changed any other settings? My outlook printing has been consistently good until the last few days.
Note the list of sub-topics does not cover my problem.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, Roy
